i’ve been very bad with posting recently! it’s mainly due to my lack of time with my exams coming up & i’ve just moved into my second year house.
I’m not doing well at all for weight gain. I lost sight of my goal and honestly i’m basically just a few pounds under my start weight. i’m more toned, i can notice that. today i laid in the park in my bikini top & skirt and i was comfortable.
examples of my diet recently:
(today)
breakfast: dry toast
lunch: chicken salad
dinner: bowl of fruit (its really warm so i’m not hungry)
loving this weather.
